When will my order be shipped?

Your order should ship within 2-3 weeks of purchase. We try to get it to you sooner than that but we are a two person operation so please be patient. You will receive tracking information once the package has shipped.

My package is lost or stolen! What do I do?
While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, please email us directly about your issue and we will help sort out the problem if we can. USPS packages are not insured. Packages shipped with UPS are insured for up to $100. Please choose UPS at checkout if you want to be extra safe.

I put in the wrong address, what now?
We are not responsible for packages with incorrect addresses. If you need to make changes to your address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee correction if the package has already been shipped.

What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances - all sales are final. Please report any damages or defects within 3 days of receiving your order.

Do you offer items for wholesale/consignment?
YES. Please feel free to contact us with the form below or at horridrealm@gmail.com with the title "WHOLESALE". Wholesale = large lots, we don't offer wholesale discounts for just a few pieces. We don't offer items for consignment at this time.
