Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks. Engraved and made-to-order items may take longer — up to 3-4 weeks. You'll receive tracking once it's out the door. We don't provide shipping ETAs on individual orders.
We do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances - all sales are final. Please report any damages or defects within 3 days of receiving your order.
If you need to make changes to your address, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee correction if the package has already been shipped.
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These are your responsibility. If customs contacts you to collect fees, you must respond; packages abandoned at customs or rejected due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refund.
Some products may be restricted or prohibited for import in certain countries. Verify that your order is legal to import before purchasing. Horrid Realm is not responsible for packages seized or rejected due to import restrictions.
Refunds are only issued if the package is returned to us in original condition. We are not responsible for packages lost in return transit. Shipping cost is non-refundable.
