Shipping policy

Packages (excluding orders including backordered or preorder items) are typically sent out within 2 weeks of placing your order. We're a very small operation with only two people, so please be patient!

All other packages are shipped either via USPS ground advantage or First Class international for shipments outside the US. We do not set these prices, they are calculated at checkout according to your items' weight.

Packages shipped via USPS are completely out of our hands once dropped off at the post office. Sadly, there isn't much we can do about lost packages.
